Conversations with my parents at the dinner table is never simple
Dad: You know, your mummy sometimes is very smart...
(my Mum starts beaming. It is really rare that my dad compliments on her)
Dad: But you know, it is sometimes only
The topic was my dads company being slapped with a 15,000 fine. My mum was analysing my dad's company's administrative procedure and what should be done.
Me: So what does your receptionist do with the letters your company receive?
Dad: She admires them
Yes dad, Im sure she admires them while drawing cartoons on post it notes
SHE dances her night away
